NEM Departments
New England Machinery, Inc. consists of the following departments to serve our
world-wide customer base:
Customer Service - consisting of a customer service
manager to administer our USA and European based field service technicians for
installation, training, troubleshooting and normal maintenance requests. All requests for
new size change parts for machines in the field are also handled by this department.
Machine rebuilding and refurbishing services are also available through the Customer
Service Department.
Spare Parts - With our million dollar inventory we
can ship over 85% of orders received with 24 hours (many the same day).
Sales & Marketing - Domestic and
international sales management and a team of sales specialists attend to every sales
inquiry on a timely basis and assist our world-wide network of manufacturers
representatives with the help they need to close a sale.
Internal Order Processing - Every order received is
processed through our organization by this department; from the day the order is received,
through engineering, manufacturing, assembly, fine tuning, customer checkout and shipment.
Engineering (Research & Development) - The
backbone of our future. We are constantly researching ways to improve
current design and listen carefully to our customers inputs regarding their requirements
for new machinery.
Manufacturing (Fabrication & Assembly) - Our
modern two building manufacturing complex, is fully
equipped so we can fabricate everything we sell on-site without reliance on subsuppliers
for critical parts.
Accounting - Assisting our customers and vendors
with account information to promote a friendly and courteous business relationship and
affect smooth business transactions.
Computer/Graphics dept. -
Handles all of our design,CAD and graphics needs in-house. For high quality
photos, videos or collateral material our talented staff surpass our
expectations.
Quality control - Making every effort to
exceed our customer's needs and expectations.
