Unscrambling and secondary orienting in one machine by New England Machinery.  New England Machinery (NEM) will be featuring its newly designed monoblock Unscrambler/Orienter the NELPSO72-3/300 at the Pack Expo Las Vegas 2011 show this fall.

The NELPSO72-3/300 will ‘unscramble’ plastic containers fed from a bulk hopper, stand them upright on the conveyor, and turn straight-walled, f-style, tapered or handled containers to the proper orientation all in one machine.  The benefits of this machine include a significantly smaller footprint than having two independent machines.  It also eliminates the required surge distance and timing between the two pieces of equipment.  The NELPSO72-3/300 offers a consolidation of the electrical wiring for both machines into one cabinet.  The low profile of the unscrambler makes it easy to access all subassemblies for quick changeover.  This monoblocked model will save time on set up and change over.
