The New England Machinery, Inc. NERPS/NERPP and NERPS/NERPC are highly effective, yet competitively priced systems for sorting, feeding and placing product pumps into filled containers. The systems consist of a bulk supply hopper/elevator, pump sorter/feeder, and placer/tightener or placer/capper for lotion, finger and trigger pump assemblies.

Dependability – Pump tubes are accurately guided into the container. The NERPS/NERPP is coupled with an NEPMT retorquer (sold separately) which completes the final applied torque to the containers and sends them downstream on the customer’s continuous motion conveyor.   The NERPS/NERPC inserts the pump and tightens it down in the same turret.

Gentle Container Handling – Both pump sorter/placers gently handle even delicate or pre-decorated containers safely.
