Bradenton, Florida, New England Machinery, Inc. (NEM) announces the introduction of its newest capper, the NESHC-S, Single Head Servo Capper.  In response to a growing need, particularly in the pharmaceutical industry, NEM has developed a compact single head servo capper.  The model NESHC-S is an intermittent-motion single head capping system.  With the introduction of Servo Technology to the New England Machinery Single Head Capper, a new level of accuracy and performance is made possible through the use of Servo Motors utilizing feedback loop control to accurately position caps and insure highly repeatable torque during the capping process.

Applied torque is set and displayed via a touch screen which provides the ability to monitor applied torque and reject out of spec containers.  The servo capper information interface provides a real-time applied torque data stream and can assist production facilities in controlling the capping process and meeting validation requirements.  A free standing unit, the NESHC-S can be placed over an existing customer-supplied continuous motion conveyor.  The capper offers tool-less modular change parts for easy changeover.  The new NEM NESHC-Servo capper provides ‘in spec’ verifiable torque repeatability, menu driven changeover flexibility, and world class reliability and performance.

Bradenton, Florida, New England Machinery, Inc. (NEM) is proud to announce the introduction of its latest unscrambler/feeder.  The company now offers the model NEVF, vertical feeder.  Once again, NEM shows the company’s versatility in designing a machine that will orient and feed containers vertically as opposed to horizontally.  This design is ideal for feeding containers directly into a puck or starwheel, or supplied with its own starwheel, will discharge onto the customer’s conveyor.  The NEVF integrates well with a filler, feeding the containers precisely into the filler’s starwheel.  Small and/or unstable containers can be fed easily into pucks.  The NEVF offers a small footprint and integrated hopper.  The machine’s belt-less design is perfect for pharmaceutical applications.  The machine can be changed over to run a wide range of products.

Bradenton, Florida, New England Machinery, Inc. (NEM) is pleased to announce the introduction of its newest capper, the NESHC, Single Head Capper for large containers.  In response to a growing need, particularly in the food industry, NEM has developed a single head capper for large containers.  The model NESHC is a continuous-motion single head capping system.  The system’s highly accurate indexing turret provides positive chuck cap application to insure straight and secure caps.  The machine is designed to allow for use with a wide variety of caps and containers.  It also has an adjustable feature to accommodate both single and twin pack carton containers.  A free-standing unit, the NESHC can be placed over an existing customer-supplied continuous motion conveyor.  The capper offers tool-less, modular change parts for easy changeover. 

   This capper offers consistent and repeatable torque application, preventing cap or thread damage due to over-torquing.    We will be introducing this new capper at the Pack Expo Las Vegas 2007 show, October 15-17 in Booth #C-409.  We encourage everyone to come take a look.”

Bradenton, Florida New England Machinery, Inc.
