Presents Container Orienting Systems NEM offers a full line of bottle orienters for any application NEM has a bottle orienter to fill your specific needs. Our line of container orienters offers both in-line and rotary systems. Our rotary container orienters are available with sensing mechanisms such as photoelectric sensors, proximity sensors, UPC scanners, or vision systems. These systems can handle up to 600 containers per minute. NEM bottle orienters are designed to gently handle your decorated containers.

SO-6 In-Line Container Orienting System Using Servo technology the SOE-6 provides an inexpensive means of orienting asymmetrical or symmetrical containers on the customer’s conveyor. It is especially useful for "F" style containers where the fill neck has to be oriented either "neck leading" or "neck trailing".

SO-4 Secondary Container Orienting System The SO-4 provides an inexpensive means of orienting asymmetrical rectangular and square bottles with centered necks and/or handles. The SO-4 distinguishes the bottle’s incoming orientation based on container symmetry, using a variety of inspection methods, and orients the bottles accordingly.
