Decorated or virgin bottles are automatically taken from a bulk, random supply hopper
and placed firmly on your packaging line conveyor for filling, decorating, palletizing or
case packing. Unscrambler - A
machine
that sorts and orients containers from random bulk storage and delivers
them in an ordered fashion to the production line.
Capper - A machine that applies caps or lids to bottles, canisters, jars or cups. Retorquer - A machine used to
retighten caps after induction sealing, or tighten caps on trigger pump sprayers or finger
pumps after they have been placed in their containers.
Orienter - Properly positions
containers, such as bottles with offset necks or "F style" bottles/cans, before
