Whether you've just purchased a new machine from us (Thank you!!!) or if you are teaching your old line
to learn new
containers, we at New England Machinery can help. We offer
factory-trained service technicians with the full support of our
technical and engineering group, to facilitate installations and
minimize the risk of project timeline overrun. Our service
technicians travel world-wide and have the capabilities of
installation, set-up/fine tuning, and training factory personnel
all in one visit (in most cases). Obtaining this
valuable service only takes a phone call. It is preferred to schedule your
installation at least four to six weeks in advance, however, we can address
urgent requests as well.
