Belt Transfer System

Model name: NEDP

The NEDP Belt Transfer System accepts containers from an infeed conveyor and transfers them to a belt assembly. Depending on the size and the weight of the containers, up to two (2) pairs of padded belts may be supplied to gently transfer your containers from one tabletop conveyor to another. The width of the gap between conveyors determines the length of the belt provided.

Versatile: NEM’s NEDP Belt Transfer System can be used for many applications, such as bridging conveyor gaps, bottom coding, crossing over dead plates, de-pucking and elevating/lowering containers. This system can be mounted onto your conveyor or on its own stainless steel stand that will cantilever over your existing conveyors.

Easy Operation: Various-size containers can be easily changed with just a few minor adjustments. No change parts are required.
