How It Works

The Compact Unscrambler gently orient bottles using less motion and reduced friction. Bottles are transported from the bowl into the wheel assembly in random orientation and exit uniformly base-leading, ready for downstream operations such as filling, capping, or labeling.

Unlike linear unscramblers that rotate bottles 180°, NEM’s unique 90° orientation design reduces wear, lowers jam potential, and allows gentler bottle handling. This fully automatic positioning system maintains optimal feed rates between the hopper, elevator, and bowl, to ensure consistency and throughput.

For added cleanliness, bottles can be inverted and passed through an optional ionized air rinser, which removes dust and particulates without introducing moisture or chemicals.
