NEM technicians are always available to assist you with your NEM machinery even after the equipment is installed and running production. During business hours, NEM technicians are available by phone, or even via skype, to answer questions, walk a supervisor through machine set-up or help with troubleshooting. If our customers need onsite assistance, service, training, or more, do not hesitate to contact us as trained technicians are available by call-out request. Preventative service contracts are also available to provide regular factory visits and more.

NEM offers programs to maximize the longevity and performance of your NEM machine. Our Preventive Maintenance Programs offer customers scheduled support to keep the machine running at its maximum efficiency and prevent unexpected downtime or untimely repairs. NEM also offers a Warranty with your new machine. Please do not hesitate to contact us should you need to schedule warranty service within the specified timeframe.

If you have purchased an NEM machine, please complete the New Owner Registration Form by clicking here. NEM offers support for everything you may need including commissioning the machine, change parts for a different container, training, and much more.
You can also complete the form if you have purchased NEM equipment from a third party. This allows us to update our ownership records and provide the same excellent support to you as we did to the previous owner(s).
