New England Machinery's experienced, factory trained technicians are at your service to evaluate, maintain, and repair your equipment, bringing it back to its original specifications. If productivity decreases, you are experiencing short wear parts life or you notice an increase in material waste, you may need to schedule service with an experienced NEM technician.

COMMISSIONING PROGRAM


Need help starting up new NEM equipment? NEM can help!

With the Commissioning Program, NEM technician will come to your facility to assist in start-up. This allows you to get the most out of your investment as improper set-up of a machine can lead to production issues. Bu utilizing our experts, your machine will be set up how it was intended – to increase production rates, optimize throughput and decrease down time.

ON-SITE TRAINING


Have your entire team trained on all aspects of your NEM equipment. This is a great way to get focused, one-on-one time with an NEM expert who will provide training, tips, maintenance advice and much more. Some customers bring their best employees to FAT’s for training before machine installation. A better alternative is to have an NEM technician come to your facility to train an entire team of employees.
